This week is quiet on purpose. We slow down, make space, and invite God to set the pace of our next 30 days.

Daily Plan

  1. Day 1 — Let Go of the Rush
    Scripture: Matthew 11:28–30
    Prompt: Where is hurry stealing my peace?
    Small Step: Schedule 10 “quiet minutes.”
    Prayer: Jesus, set my pace.
  2. Day 2 — Name What You’re Carrying
    Scripture: 1 Peter 5:7
    Prompt: List 3 burdens to cast on God.
    Small Step: Speak them aloud; release them in prayer.
  3. Day 3 — Ask for Wisdom
    Scripture: James 1:5
    Prompt: What decision needs God’s wisdom?
    Small Step: Write one question; wait 5 minutes in silence.
  4. Day 4 — Receive Your Identity
    Scripture: Isaiah 43:1
    Prompt: What false label will I lay down today?
    Small Step: Replace it with “I am His.”
  5. Day 5 — Choose One Priority
    Scripture: Psalm 90:12
    Prompt: What matters most to love/obedience today?
    Small Step: Do that first.
  6. Day 6 — Practice a Gentle Boundary
    Scripture: Proverbs 15:1
    Prompt: Where do I need a pause, not a fight?
    Small Step: Use: “I love you; I need a moment.”
  7. Day 7 — Gratitude & Review
    Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18
    Prompt: Where did I notice God this week?
    Small Step: Write 3 thanks; rest.
