Daily Plan

  1. Day 22 — Peace as Your Guide
    Scripture: Colossians 3:15
    Prompt: Where do I feel the peace of Christ ruling today?
    Small Step: Follow the peace; delay what feels forced.
  2. Day 23 — Endurance in the Small
    Scripture: Hebrews 12:1–2
    Prompt: What weight can I lay aside?
    Small Step: Remove one distraction for 24 hours.
  3. Day 24 — Ask for Help
    Scripture: Matthew 7:7
    Prompt: What specific help do I need?
    Small Step: Send one clear ask to a safe person.
  4. Day 25 — Encourage Someone Else
    Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:11
    Prompt: Who can I build up today?
    Small Step: Speak a sincere, specific encouragement.
  5. Day 26 — Sabbath Hour
    Scripture: Mark 2:27
    Prompt: What would true rest look like for one hour?
    Small Step: Practice it device-free.
  6. Day 27 — Re-commit Your Why
    Scripture: Romans 12:1–2
    Prompt: Why does this purpose matter to God and others?
    Small Step: Write a 2-sentence mission and post it.
  7. Day 28 — Plan the Next 30
    Scripture: Proverbs 16:3
    Prompt: What 3 rhythms will I continue?
    Small Step: Calendar them (days/times).
  8. Day 29 — Gratitude Walk
    Scripture: Philippians 4:6–7
    Prompt: Pray thanks with each step you take.
    Small Step: 10–15 minutes, slow and present.
  9. Day 30 — Celebrate & Testify
    Scripture: Psalm 40:1–3
    Prompt: What did God shift in me this month?
    Small Step: Share one testimony with a friend or in the comments.
